A Delicious Comeback – The Great Kabab Factory

After a 10-year hiatus, The Great Kabab Factory has made a triumphant return, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to experience it!
Located in Al Markh, the restaurant offers a vibrant, yet elegant atmosphere that combines contemporary design with traditional elements. The spacious interior, warm lighting, and inviting layout set the perfect stage for a memorable dining experience.

The real highlight, of course, is the food.

The concept of The Great Kabab Factory is unlimited servings of delicious kababs until you beg them to stop!

From the moment we sat down, the diverse variety of kababs, grilled meats, and flavorful sides were enough to leave anyone craving more. The menu features an impressive selection, ranging from tender, melt-in-your-mouth mutton and chicken kebabs to vibrant vegetarian options that stand out on their own. Each dish is expertly spiced, balancing bold flavors with the right amount of heat and smokiness.

The signature kababs are the true stars of the show, with every bite reflecting a dedication to quality and authenticity. We particularly enjoyed the fish, which was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char on the outside and juiciness on the inside.

Once full of the endless servings of kababs, we enjoyed the murg Dum Biryani.  In addition, the variety of chutneys and sides, like the aromatic rice and tangy pickles, elevated the entire meal, providing that perfect finishing touch.

What’s even more remarkable is how they’ve managed to bring back this iconic establishment without losing any of the magic that made it so beloved in the first place. The staff was attentive, friendly and eager to ensure we had a great experience.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of The Great Kabab Factory or visiting for the first time, this restaurant is a must-try for anyone who loves rich, flavorful Indian cuisine. The combination of its welcoming atmosphere, incredible food, and history make it a dining destination worth celebrating.
