The Social team have been searching for restaurants outside of the Seef and Adliya radius and stumbled upon d’Oro in Riffa.
Tucked away in the heart of Riffa, d’Oro is a small modest Italian restaurant, serving a limited but wholesome options of dishes.
The interior is minimalistic which works perfectly for the small space, giving a feeling of an intimate but spacious interior.
Dining options are exactly what you would expect from an Italian restaurant, albeit slightly limited.
We ordered pizza, pasta and finished off with a tiramisu.
All the above was good, but not fantastic, which is a shame as little things let down the experience.
Pricing was very reasonable, which again might be a factor into how the restaurant is managed day to day.
Would we visit again, no probably not.
But we’ll still keep searching for hidden gems in Bahrain.
