Indigo is known for its spectacular terrace. A British-inspired garden with an array of colourful flowers; you can enjoy a beautiful view while eating whichever course of the day as they serve breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and afternoon tea.
A special vegan menu is also offered at Indigo. Be prepared to enter a vegan’s candy shop with carefully crafted plant-based options such as Tomato Ceviche and Wild Mushroom Risotto.
The Merchant House promotes a strong sustainability initiative by adopting plastic-free practices such as paper straws and linens.
