We recently tried out Mumbai Express for lunch at the Social office
They sent our team over an array of items to taste and sample.
Currently, Mumbai Express only deliver as they are in a cloud kitchen.
We started off with Pani Puri and from the tamarind sauce to the coriander chutney it took some of our staff members back to the streets of India with absolute nostalgia, exploding with sweet and sour notes.
We then tried the Mumbai sliders, the chicken was well marinated and had great flavor. The Pav Bhaji was bursting with flavor they have really captured the true taste of India with their food.
Moving onto mains, we had biryani and steamed rice. It was the perfect choice to pair with the amazing curries, Dal Makhani paired so well with the fluffy steamed rice.
Our designer had this to say, “It really brought back so many childhood memories from an Indian household, it had the right flavour”
We also has Paneer Kolapuri as our main Veg option, it was also amazing receiving high reviews from the entire office, to tie up our final review of the place we didn’t have any complaints about the food, it was near enough immaculate.
It did exactly what they said it would and that is bring people back to India and introduce new people to the taste of authentic Indian food.
