Located at the heart of Bahrain, Harbor Row sits “There” café, a cozy spot that’s more than just a coffee joint. The cafe provides a chill laid back minimalistic interior and a beautiful view of the sea.
The barista’s got some serious coffee game. They get their beans from Ethiopia and grind them fresh on weekends. They have a big grinder on display as well.
As for the food, they’ve got acai bowls that hit the spot – sweet, crunchy, and just right. The avocado toast is good too, though some say it’s a bit spicy and heavy on the sunflower seeds. Still tasty, though. If you’re into caffeine fixes, cortado, piccolo and their matcha latte does the trick with everything that is rightly balanced. And don’t sleep on the Nutella cruffin – it’s soft, fluffy, and packed with Nutella goodness.
It was a great spot for us to catch up and get some work done. The café was quiet with activity – some studying, couples deep in conversation, and a few enjoying a quiet read. Despite the different lives people led, the café provided a welcoming space for everyone.
